Linda L. Hardenstein, MPA, PCC is a management consulting and attorney coach for Kohn Communications. She has worked with law firms and general counsel offices throughout the United States providing management and career strategy advice, and training. As an experienced attorney coach with 25+ years of experience in law, she helps clients land coveted promotions. A speaker at national conferences she has presented on legal industry management trends. Hardenstein also facilitates powerful workshops enabling attendees to reach their goals, resolve conflict, and build relationships.

- Establishing, developing and implementing in-house continuing legal education training programs for attorneys including set up of universities, establishing core curricula, developing career progression paths for associates and training program delivery to provide the highest return on investment.

- Coaching associates and high level corporate executives to create career development plans, achieve promotions and meet or exceed employer expectations.

- Co-invented three on-line systems to support training, professional development, and case management. These systems were rolled out to users across the United States. One program was so unique a patent application is pending.

- Developed and delivered technical and non-technical training for attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, managers, teachers, board members and university students in the areas of conflict management, team building, attorney/secretary relations, diversity, time management, organizing your space, and change management.

- Designed and facilitated diverse groups of attorneys, law firm directors, boards of directors, and managers in problem solving sessions to create measurable organizational improvements and strategic plans including mission, vision and values statements.
